The Merlin Court Hotel complies with all relevant UK LEGISLATION.
PAYMENT by cash, cheque with bankers card (payable to The Merlin Court Hotel). We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta. A non-refundable £30 deposit is required.
Incoming guests can expect their rooms to be ready by 4 pm; this may be brought forward if required - to achieve this we require rooms to be vacated by 10 am.
NON PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND ABSENCE: We reserve the right to charge for the following: any shortfall in settlement of final bill; cancellation, temporary absence or early departure (applies when and if both parties involved are unsuccessful in re-letting and may exceed two thirds of your total booking). Payment may be taken directly from your Card without signature.
We offer HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
